Good hotel with a very convenient location. One train to central tokyo or to narita airport. The staff was very nice and helpful even though my japanese isnt the best. They offer icemachine and coin laundry which is very convenient. Good wifi.

The location was great. Right beside the train station. The breakfast was also good too. Jonathan's was very tasty. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. I made sure to bring them a gift of crackers because of how nice they were. :D
